Mr. Naylor- I graduated from Gardner-Webb University with my Masters degree in school administration in 2009. I have been a teacher in CMS for nearly ten years. I taught fifth grade for six years, since the school opened and one year at Lake Wylie Elementary. I changed grades several years ago and have enjoyed my fourth grade tenure. A bit about me, my house is like a zoo with three "rescue" cats all shorthair tabbies (orange, gray and black with white fur). I also love turtles and you will hear me talk about them, too. Sometimes you may see me with my hazard lights on in the middle of Winget Road moving them out of harm’s way. I look forward to working with the class of 2015-2016 parents and students. I know together we will make a difference in your child's education. [email protected]
Ms. Murff - I am from Camden, South Carolina. I graduated from Francis Marion in 2007 with a degree in Elementary Education. This is my ninth year teaching. I’ve taught 2nd-4th grade and I’m excited to be part of the 5th grade team here at Winget Park. In my free time, I like to play tennis, listen to music, and watch football. I have a Yorkie that I love playing with dearly and am going to be an aunt in January for the first time. [email protected]
Ms. Mele - Are you ready to have fun this year? Hi I'm Sue Mele, and I'm so excited that we will be a community of learners. I am a native New Yorker, but now have the privilege of living in Fort mill with my husband Vic and two...yes TWO sets of twins- Amanda, Matt, Deanna and Paul! Our house is definitely bursting with energy! I have been teaching for 15 years, and this is my first year as a 5th grade Winget Wolf! I earned my Bachelors in Education at the State University at Old Westbury. I also hold a Masters in Education with a minor in Reading from Long Island University in NY. I've previously taught grades 3, 4 and 6th Language Arts. I love to read, write and craft. But, my favorite thing to do is cook! I can't wait to meet you!
Mrs. Bellar - This will be my 13th year in education. I came to Winget Park when it opened it 2006 and have taught both 3rd and 5th grade. I received my National Board Certification in 2008 and graduated from Gardner-Webb with my Masters in Elementary Instruction in 2012. This year will be a new experience for me as I will be the Multi-Classroom leader for 4th and 5th grade allowing me to work with all the students and teachers. I love to cook and bake, and especially trying new recipes. I have a 1 ½ year old daughter who is full of life and a 12 year old stepdaughter who loves being a big sister. I am beyond excited for the challenges and successes that lie ahead this year. [email protected]
